Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch - easy to use tool that lets you slow down playback of audio files, use permits, thus recording a pretty interesting sounding songs. The slowdown is due to the installation of a special tariff that can be done both manually and adjust the slider. You can also adjust the volume, and also filters, compression and binaural sound changed, the pitch and octave. Finished tracks can be saved as a WAV or OGG file.
