Volume Balancer - the program is designed to find the "golden mean" between the volume and dynamics of WAV files. Allows for the collection of music files gathered from various sources, for the exact same volume of perception. Volume Balancer works only with the quality of the music files, WAV, Audio CD (ie, 44.1 kHz, 16-bit, stereo). The program is very simple: Select the WAV file, set the desired value and press the "preparation and balance." Volume balancer compares the peak signal level and to adjust the dynamic range. Advanced settings allow operating parameters such as the maximum dynamic range compression, the amount of the normalization, the correlation between the tracks, the relative volume, should not be changed, etc.
