Monitoring IRR.BY ("hand in hand") - a handy tool for monitoring free newspaper ads "hand in hand" in Belarus, namely website irr.by. The program has a search for ads by category and region, Belarus, sorting, the ability to add your own comments and export to Word, and monitoring mode displays (check new messages every 10 minutes.)
